He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Walker and Laura Jividen Walker. He is survived by: his fiancée Wanda Harmon; his fiancée's daughter Rachel Griffith (Jody) of St. Albans; and his siblings, Donna Smalley (Dencil) of Poca, James Stover (Janice) of Nitro, Thurman Stover (Beverly) of Red House, Harold Stover of Robertsburg and Ronnie Walker.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospicecare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd W, Charleston, WV 25387.
