He is survived by: his wife Wanda Vance (Dillon); his children, Timothy Vance (Cynda), Carol Richmond (Wayne), James Vance (Pearly), Nora Napier (Kevin), Larry Vance (Pauletta), Suzy Spaulding (Raymond) and Sharon Vance; his grandchildren, Joanna, Britiany, Aaron, Adam, Nicole, Danielle, Ashley, Tia, Samantha, Brandon, Courtney, Megan, Matthew, Jacob and Dawson; and his siblings, Ellis Vance (Billie), Gary Vance (Alberta), Betty Jean Mooneyham (Al), Margie Dillon, Phyllis Jarvis (Don) and Bonnie Baisden (James Ed). He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
