She is survived by: her husband Arnold Hensley, Jr.; her sons, Joshua Hensley of Lenore, WV and Casey Hensley (Tabitha) of Lenore, WV; her siblings, Fred Chaffins (Carol) of Jeffersonville, KY, Jeff Chaffins (Tammy) of Lowmansville, KY and Carol Cantrell (Herbert) of Inez, KY; her grandson Joshua Jace; and her close friend Sandra Parsley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
