Crabtree (Tara) and Robert Crabtree (Pam); his grandson Ethan Copley; his daughters, Tonya Workman (Bill) and Angie Blackburn (Chris); his grandchildren, Brantley, Haileigh, Matthew, Cydney, Jeremy, Brad, Ruby, Emberly, Hope, Tyler and Austin; his sisters, Mary Newsome, Ora Marcum and Allison Wadell; and his close friends, Dr. Robert Vaughn Lamb, Dr. Ronald Hall and Terry Blankenship. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
