He was predeceased by: his children, Ricky Dale Crum and Mabel Ann Crum; his brothers, Jack Pennington and Basil Crum; and his parents, Ernest Crum and Mabel Crum.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Adkins, Sherry Spencer, Bunn "Punky" Crum, Jr. and Billy Ray Crum; his sisters, Patsy Williams, Charlene Crum and Jackie Buckley; his grandchildren, Tabitha Johnson, Charlene Keiffer, Danielle Billo, Mary Stanley, Molly Crum, April Crum, Christelle Spencer, Tanille Spencer and Jonathan Spencer; his great grandchildren, Parker Johnson, Colton Keiffer, Gracie Billo, Toto Billo, June Billo and Josh Wood; and his great great grandchildren, Sierra Spencer and Aurora Crum. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
