She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Preston and Nannie Jane Spurlock Meddings; her husband Thomas Allen Napier; her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Linda Meddings; her sister Barbara Stephens; and her granddaughter-in-law Amy Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Mills (Lee Roy) of Wayne, WV, Sharon Combs (Bert) of Lavalette, WV, Terri Ross (Ron) of Wayne, Dennis Napier (Tancy) of Lavalette, WV, Mark Napier (Jewel) of Wayne and Tommy Napier (Stacy) of Carter City, KY; her grandchildren, Lisa Bell (Gene), Lori Mills, Michelle Leaor (Jason), Christopher Combs, Denise Nichols (Tim), Brian Napier, Brandon Smith (Lena), Brittany Smith (Danny Reynolds), Shawn Napier (Sinat), Aaron Napier (Jennifer), Alex Napier (Jacklyn), Ben Napier (Carri), Jacob Napier, Amber Napier, Josh Ross (Amanda) and Jared Ross; her great grandchildren, James Bell (Michaela), Ashlee Bell, Emily Leaor, Andrew Combs, Brooke Hall (Tim), Nick Adkins, Dixie Nichols, Timmy Nichols, Allyson Napier, Alexis Napier, Bradley Napier, Zoe Napier, Cassidy Smith, Eli Reynolds, Sophie Nhoel, Braylon Napier, Alexas Napier, Gavin Napier, Trinity Ross, Zakari Ross and Skylar Ross; her great great grandchildren, Ashtride Hall and Piper Napier; her siblings, Jean Mills (Ray) of Lavalette and Roger Meddings (Nancy) of Marion, OH; and her brother-in-law Adolphis Stephens of Wayne.
