He is survived by: his sons, David Allen Finley, Troy Finley (Michelle), William Finley and James Finley (Sharon); and his siblings, Dolly Maynard, Lindsey Finley (Bernice), Gaylord Finley and Glenn Finley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
