With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Spencer of Lavalette, West Virginia, born in Homestead, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 2, 2021 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Spencer and Garnet Elaine Adkins Spencer; and his sisters, Patricia Spencer and Sandra Kay Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Sally Marie Runyon Spencer; his children, Brandi Spencer of Lavalette, WV and Christopher Lee Spencer (Ashley) of North Carolina; his brother Mike Bellomy (Cathy) of Florida; and his uncle Ron Spencer (Kris) of Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
