He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lindsey Chadwick and Ruth Lester Chadwick; his grandson Jamie Chadwick; his brother Jim Chadwick; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Chadwick and Judith Cavendish; and his nephew Billy Curt Chadwick.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Chadwick; his son Todd Chadwick (Debbie) of Lavalette, WV; his siblings, Helen Chaney of Huntington, WV and Pete Chadwick (Janet) of Wayne, WV; his grandchildren, Christopher Chadwick, Megan Chadwick, Carrie Chadwick and David Chadwick; and his great grandchildren, Carmen Eaves, Easton Eaves, Bryson Baker and Greyson Baker.
