She was predeceased by: her mother Gladys Richardson Adkins. She is survived by: her father Noah Adkins; her brother Samuel Adkins; her husband Jerry Combs, Jr.; her children, Fanny Gillespie (Derrick), Hannah of Huntington, WV and Jared Combs (W. Va) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Oriana, Jacob Dellamalva of Pittsburg, Penn and Jaden Plew of Lavalette; her siblings, Alice Osburn (Kenny), Sandra Booton, Jenny Casteel, Peggy Yost (Howard), Mollie Craig (Paul), Angie Dickerson, Jim Adkins (Liz) and John Adkins; and her siblings-in-law, Siddy Wickline, Bert (Sharon) and Duane Combs (Peggy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other family members and friends.
