She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Isaacs and Aldenia June Napier Isaacs; her son D. G. Longfellow; and her siblings, Velma Bandy, Terry, Therman and James Isaacs.
She is survived by: her husband Wilburn Adkins; her sons, Eddie Lee Longfellow (Robin) of Huntington, WV, Larry Adkins (Jackie) of Lavalette, WV and Raymond Adkins (Marlene) of Wayne, WV; and her siblings, Mary Dillon (Richard) of Buckhannon, WV, Nancy Matteo (Murray) of Brighton, CO, Judy Ditch of Huntington, WV, Garland Isaacs, Jr. (Kathy) of Hurricane, WV, Jerry Michael Isaacs (Frances) of Hepzibah, WV and Earl J. Isaacs (Donna) of Ireland, WV. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Morris Funeral Home, Inc. (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Community Memorial Gardens (220 Cemetery Rd, Wayne, WV 25570).
