It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nila Irby of Lavalette, West Virginia, born in Wayne, West Virginia, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Queen and Dova Osburn Queen; her siblings, Lucille Ledbetter, Faye Queen, Bobby Queen, Alice Queen, Ersel Queen and Kenneth Queen; and her aunt Lindsey.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawnetta Abbett (Larry) of Lavalette, WV; her husband Pastor Don Irby; her son Jeff Irby (Sharon) of Chesapeake, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jamie Casella (Johnathan), Misty Adkins (Mark), Bradley Abbett (Andy) and Jeffrey Abbett (Pam); her great grandchildren, Hayden Adkins, Cheyenne Adkins, Jace Casella, Savannah Adkins, Noah Adkins, Bella Abbett, Rylee Abbett, Gage Abbett and Rain Abbett; and her siblings, Glenna Blankenship (Roy) of Prichard, WV, Velma Stidard (Chuck) of Parma, Ohio, Disal Queen (Barbara) of Kenova, WV, Leonard Queen (Carolyn) of Kiahsville, WV and Lester Queen (Gladys) of Lenoir, NC..
