She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sebastian and Maude Davis Sebastian; her sisters, Betty McDaniel (Bill), Kathleen Nelson and Opal Hazlette (Howard); her nephew Chris Nelson; her nieces, Kim Woodring and Freda Hazlette; and her brother-in-law Quince Hutchinson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis Hutchinson of Kenova, WV, Lynn Sebastian of Cincinnati, OH, Jim Sebastian of Lavalette, WV and Wendell Sebastian (Helen) of Myrtle Beach, SC.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Florence United Methodist Church (5294 Route 152, Lavalette, West Virginia 25535).
