She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Davis and Garnet Mae Smith Adkins; her husband George H. Hazelett; her son Robert Hazelett; her son-in-law Marlin Oldaker; her granddaughter Jennifer Oldaker Hall; her great great grandchild Truett Kline; and her brother Ralph Adkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Oldaker; her grandchildren, Tina Leffingwell (Larry) and Robert Oldaker; her great grandchildren, Jarod Leffingwell, Courtney Leffingwell Kline (Matt) and Madi Hall Byerly (Ethan); her great great grandchildren, Addie Leffingwell, Travis Kline and Lillian Kline; and her brother William Blair Adkins.
