He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Simpson and Helen Francis Wood Neace; his brother Larry Dale Neace; and his son-in-law Bobb Cotter. He is survived by: his wife Judy Motz Neace; his daughters, Cathy Hudson (Phillip) of Lavalette, WV and Cheryl Cotter of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Adam Hudson of Lavalette and Emily Hudson of Lavalette; and his brother David Neace (Betty) of Huntington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
