He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Stevens and Ruby Hollins Stevens; his sons, Norris and Nolice Stevens; his grandson Caleb Powell; his brother Glen Stevens; and his grandparents, F. M. "Boozie" and Martha Stevens.
He is survived by: his spouse Chris Middleton Stevens of Lavalette; his daughters, Donna Sigarfoos of Bristol, IN and Missy Powell of Middlebury, IN; his stepdaughter Crystal Middleton of Lavalette; his son Les Marker of Sturgis, MI; his stepson Zack Middleton of Auburn, IN; and his brothers, Fletcher Stevens of Goshen, IN and Rick Stevens of Lagrange, IN. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
