She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baptist and Gladys Osburn Adkins; her husband Reverend Kenneth Robert Stultz; and her siblings, Sylvia Ross, Charley Adkins, Billy Adkins and Jackie Adkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Robert Stultz, II of Lavalette and Scott Stultz (Sherry) of Huntington; and her siblings, Patricia Stultz of Lavalette and Freddy Adkins of Huntington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the East Lynn Church of God.
