He is survived by: his wife Edith Mae Damron Jervis; his children, Carolyn J. "Judy" Jervis Brown (Larry) of Wayne, WV and James L. Jervis (Linda) of Barboursville, WV; his brother Wallace "Wad" Jervis of Dunlow, WV; his grandchildren, Rhonda Daugherty (John), David Brown (Katrina), Jeremy Jervis, Jaime Lynn Copley (Justin) and Brandy Ellis; his great grandchildren, Chance, Payton, Allistair and Riley; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Katherine Jervis, Seay Watts Jervis, Linda Carol Cox (Kenny), Thelma Porter, Shirley Ruth Damron, Nella Damron and Forest Damron, Jr. (Fay).
