He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Thompson and Sadie Workman Thompson; and his brothers, Bobby Thompson and Jay B. Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Thompson; his son Bryan Thompson; his grandchildren, Grace and Jacob Thompson of Lavalette; his daughter Robin Ann Thompson; his grandchildren, Courtney Bays and Ivy Sigler; his sisters, Lou F. Webb of Wayne and Nell R. Napier of Rittman; and his sister-in-law Marlene Thompson of Wayne.
