She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Adkins and Nolda Adkins; her husband Roy Combs; and her sons, Roy Combs Jr. and Edgar "Ed" Combs.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly G. Langdon (Joseph); her brother Dock Adkins Jr. (Hazel); her daughter-in-law Karen Combs; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hatfield (Keith), Jeremy, Paul Langdon, Braylon and Bryson Wallace; and her niece Jennifer Steinebring. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
