He is survived by: his wife Candy Cox; his daughters, Rachel Crisel (Kyle) of Lavalette, Jessica Cox of Genoa and W. Va; his grandsons, Reed and Owen Crisel; his parents, Jack Cox and Janice Cox of Genoa; his sister Laura Pickard (Dick) of Rittman; his niece Niecole Ray (DeMarko) of Rittman; and his mother-in-law Gladys Adams of Plain City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family.
