She is survived by: her husband Timothy Alfred Sullivan; her daughter Erica Lynn Stephens (Roger); her grandchildren, Kirby Allen Stephens (Kricia) and Brandy Nicole Clay (Martin); her great grandchildren, Sadie Clay and Austin Clay; and her sister Jo Etta Wagner.
