It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diann Frasher of Lavalette, West Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Frasher and Alma Frasher; and her grandparents, Charlie, Ethel Frasher, Dillard and Nancy Margaret Dyer.
She is survived by: her sister Judy Rakes; her niece Whitney Watts; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abby, Tyson and Delaney; her nephew Garrett Rakes; and her great-nephew Lucas.
