Charles Robert Midkiff Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Robert Midkiff of Lavalette, West Virginia, who passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Midkiff and Kathlyn Z. Ball Jones; his daughter Terri Lynn Midkiff Edens; his grandson Albert Cover, III; and his siblings, Maxine Blatt, Keith Morris Midkiff, Ernest Edward Midkiff, David Midkiff and Tommy Midkiff.
He is survived by: his son Robert Patrick Midkiff of San Francisco, CA; his grandchildren, Morgan Brindlen Midkiff of Chicago, IL, Jonathan Michael Rutherford of Lesage, WV and Charles Benjamin Rutherford of Columbus, OH; his great grandchildren, Albert Cover, IV, Braxton Rutherford, Gaberial Rutherford, Trenton Rutherford, Austin Rutherford and Keaton Rutherford; and also Wanda Rose Mullens Midkiff.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington.
