He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Crockett; his children, Billy Crockett Jr., Cody Crockett, Dusty Crockett and Micah Crockett; his parents, Mary Smoot of Lavalette and George Wilks of Huntington; his siblings, Charles Stapleton (Heather Stapleton), Mark Crockett (April Crockett), Sandra Ray (Sam Ray) and Beth Adkins (Kevin Adkins); his uncles, Joe Smoot (Robin Smoot) and Raymond Wilks; and his aunt Kathy Gibbas. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
