We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2020, at the age of 91, Alma Dyer Frasher (Lavalette, West Virginia), born in East Lynn, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Dyer and Nancy Margaret Finley Dyer; and her husband Frank Frasher. She is survived by: her daughters, Diann Frasher and Judy Rakes; her grandson Garrett Rakes; her great grandchild Lucas; her sister-in-law Norma Frasher; and also, Whitney Watts, Abby, Tyson and Delaney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
