He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Horne Sr. and Myrtle Francis Garlic Horne; and his brothers, Randall Lane Horne and Thomas Scott Horne. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Lusk; his sons, William III and Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Amy; his sisters, Susan Folden (Zeb Hill) and Molly Akers (Barry Akers); and his grandsons, Alex and Colton. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and other family members.
