She is survived by: her husband George Orwig; her children, James Wellman of Raleigh County, Jeremy Wellman (Jeanette) of Kentucky and Lori Fowler (David) of Dallas, TX; and her siblings, Richard Dyson (Nena) of Lashmeet, Millie Jenkins (John) of Princeton and Gail Hopkins of Rock Hill, SC. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
