He was predeceased by: his parent Omega Brinkley. He is survived by: his parent Shirley Brinkley Brooks of Bluefield; his wife Sandra Reynolds Brinkley of Lashmeet; his children, Clyde Baker of Bluefield, Richard "Ricky" Frye of Bluefield and Jason Frye of Bluefield; his stepchildren, Jeffery Reynolds (Charlotte) of Lashmeet, Lagena Reynolds Setzer (Randal) of Hickory, NC, Laresa Reynolds of Lashmeet and Reece Reynolds of Alaska; and his siblings, Johnny Brinkley (Shirley) of Princeton, Merita Moore of Abbottstown, PA, Lisa Young (Jeff) of Princeton and Pam Farley (Jimmy) of Falls Mills, VA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
