He was predeceased by: his father Jackie Ivan Bell; his daughter Kayla Marie Graham (Bell); his grandparents, Alfred "Pluto" Davis and Helen Davis; and his close friend Bobby Lee Shrewsbury.
He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Marie Bell of Lashmeet; his fiancée Sharon Marcia Smith; his children, Bobby Ray (Tiffany Tignor) of Lashmeet and Kelly Michelle Mills (Corey Boyd) of Millersburg, Ohio; his stepson Charles Daniel Cole of Princeton; his siblings, Gregory William Bell (Joyleta), Cynthia Charlene Taylor (David) and Kerri Lee Hurt (Michael); and his grandchildren, Michelle Dawn Graham of Dover, Michael Warren Bell Jr. of Princeton, Vacie Marie of Hanover, Veda Martina Barbour of Hanover, Jeffery Manderville of Millersburg, Ohio. and Kortni Renae Mills of Millersburg, Ohio.. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
