It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Mitchem of Lashmeet, West Virginia, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Mitchem and Ellen Lusk Mitchem Lamm; and his sister Kathie Meadows. He is survived by: his son Mark Corey Mitchem of Greenville, SC; his grandson Morgan Gray Mitchem; his siblings, Sheri Linkous, Steve Mitchem and Jack Lamm, Jr.; his stepfather Alfred Beggs; and his pet Little Bitty.
