She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Thomas and Virgie Rose Thomas; and her stepson Eric Joseph "Joey" Thompson. She is survived by: her husband James Thompson; her son Marvin Thompson (Stephanie); her grandson James Jared Thompson (Megan Cox); and her stepson James Thompson, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Wanda's name to the American Cancer Society.
