He is survived by: his wife Wilma Lynne Cole Billings of Lashmeet; his sons, Jerry David Billings (Pam) of Princeton and Scott Anthony Billings (Tina) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Chassity Billings, Leah Billings, Abby Billings and Bonnie Billings; his stepsons, Dwayne Cecil (Delana) and Timmy Cecil (Stephanie); his stepgrandchildren, Shane Cecil (Kyra), Arron Cecil (Bryclen), Dakota Cecil (Megan), Santana Lester (Jacob) and Chelsea Cecil; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kingston Cecil, River Cecil, Oaklynn Cecil and Lennyn Cecil; his sisters, Ivory Carden of Princeton, Goldie Ray of Princeton and Vickie Ann Metzler of Florida; and his sister-in-law Shelia Thornton (Doug) of Lashmeet.
