He was predeceased by: his parents, Oley Bailey and Myrtle Short Bailey; his daughter Ronda Bailey Lilly; and his brother Wayne Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Merry Bailey of Georgia; his daughters, Sue Skaggs (Donald) and Tonya Bailey; his son-in-law Kolan Lilly; and his grandchildren, Kolan Vance Lilly and Anna Grace Lilly.
