He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Burkett and Havanah Davis Burkett; and his siblings, Darold Burkett and Shirley Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sue Browning Burkett; his daughter Donna Musick (Donald) of Bastian, VA; his grandson Jordan Musick of Salem, VA; and his sisters, Doris Snow of Virginia Beach, VA and Eunice Mills of Sutton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law.
