He was predeceased by: his parents, Larlyn Earl Foley and Retha Beatrice Foley; his son David Isle Foley, Jr.; and his siblings, Wayne Foley, Teace Foley, Bobby Ray Foley, Mildred Foley and Charlene Westfall.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pinkerton Foley; his children, Debbie, Davie and Debra Ann Spahn (Carl); his grandchildren, Jason Spahn (Nikki), Kristen Wilson (Ryan), Lauren Spahn, Krystal Daly (Eric) and Todd Spahn; his great grandchildren, Andrew, William, Sophie, Danika, Barrett, Cheyenne and Hattie Grace; and his sisters, Glenna Foley Bendit and Trina Foley Ratcliff.
