He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mack and Mae Short Mack; his daughter Mary Shrewsbury; and his siblings, Ruth Akers, Maryline Bailey, Ruby Hodges, Carl Short, Paul Mack and Darrrell Mack.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Mildred Lusk Mack; and his children, Steve Mack (Sissy) of Beartown and Karen Martin (Thomas) of Pinoak. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
