He is survived by: his parents, Michael Zane Fay, Jr. and Patricia Ann Cook Fay of Smethport, PA.; his wife Cathy Fay; his siblings, Kelly Fay Ladlee (Jim) of Howard, PA, Shannon Michelle Fay of Mechanicsburg, PA, Kristi Nourse (Tom) of Gainesville, VA, Ryan M. Fay of Gainesville, VA and Michael J. Fay (Lyndsey) of Langhorne, PA; and his stepchildren, Michael E. Rohrer (Heather), Angela L. Rohrer and Jason Greene (Amber). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and ten nieces and nephews.
