He is survived by : his wife Nora Enyart Maynard; and his siblings, Anne Maynard Buster (Greg), Robin Maynard Kirk (Toney), Doug (Patricia Maynard), Kevan (Gail Maynard), Tim (Julie Maynard), Mary, Olaf Jr., Conley and Drema Spencer.
