He was predeceased by : his parents, Bobby Harshbarger and Janice Harshbarger; his sister Carol Halstead; and his parents-in-law, Leon and Jean Berry.

He is survived by : his wife Valda (Berry); his pets, Fred and Molly of Lake, WV; his siblings, Tim Harshbarger (Tina) of Clinton Camp and Amy Price (David) of Jeffrey; his brothers-in-law, Dan Berry (Penny) of Hueytown and Gary Berry (Mildred) of Salt Rock, WV; and his caregivers, Practitioner Debbie Townsley of Boone Memorial, Dr. Tara Hansen, Dr. Narender Jogenpally of Thomas Memorial, Dr. Yasmin Waris and Dr. Bassam Moushmoush. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
