It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael R. Prestera Jr. of Lake, West Virginia, born in Sylacauga, Alabama, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael R. Prestera, Sr. and Nancy Shapard Prestera; his siblings, John Prestera and Carmella Prestera; and his nephew Robert Steven Cline, II.

He is survived by : his wife Deborah England Prestera; his daughter Amy Christina Prestera; his siblings, Michele Craig (Tom), Mary Anne "Kitty" Cline and Robert A. Prestera (Kathie); his grandchildren, Arrington "AJ" Prestera and Griffith Osburn (Brandon); and his great grandchild Isabella Osburn. He is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
