She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mae Thompson Harmon, Fred and Kate Hanshaw Zamow; her brother James D. Zamow; her siblings-in-law, Archie and Mary Sturgell Adkins; her husband Archie L. Adkins Jr.; her children, Amber Brewer and Kevin Zamow; her grandchildren, Jamison Berry, Delilah Brewer and Seth Brewer; her sister-in-law Ruth Ann Zamow; her uncle Tom; her aunt Viv Zamow; and her nieces and nephews, James E. Zamow, Thomas Zamow, Karen Zamow and Katie Zamow-Russel. She is also survived by three great nephews and niece.
