He is survived by: his parents, Robert L. Julian and Serena K. Julian (Shingleton); his sister Madalyn; his grandparents, Brad, Terry Shingleton of Lake Floyd, Barbara and Anthony Skidmore of Meadowbrook; his great-grandparents, Argyle and Patty Shingleton of Clarksburg; and his aunts and uncles, Lori (Bill Smarr), Scott (Jen Shingleton), Katy Shingleton, Melissa (Chuck Steffich), Jessica Julian and Jason (Amber Julian).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Josh's memory are requested to be made to Camp Kno-Koma, 1197 Turkey Run Rd, Dallas, WV 26036.
