She is survived by : her husband Gary "Buck" Ellis Osborne; her children, Barbara Osborne (Jeff), Lyndsey Armentrout (Steven), Kendal Osborne (Sid), Frankie Osborne and Gary Lee Osborne (Rhonda); her sisters, Barbara Frock (Charles) and Nancy Smith (Wade); her stepsister Lillian Frazier; her grandchildren, Courtney Adams (Okey), Christina "NeNe" Osborne, Larry "Bub" Osborne, Makinzzey Osborne, Christian Farley, Matt Farley and Lamanda Dotson; her great grandchildren, Ryder, Chase, Scout, Ridge, Sage, Tinsley, Haygen, Jordan, Kileigh, Jennings, Sammy, Gemma and Ella; her daughter-in-law Lora Osborne; her close friends, Annie Woody, Brenda Robinson and Tiny Miller; and her sister-in-law Judith Dillon.
