He is survived by: his children, Robert Allen Porter II (Lisa Kay) of Davis, WV and Delphia "Dee Dee" Shrader (Chris) of Belington, WV; his grandchildren, Luke A. Evans, Louise K. Evans and Owen M. Porter; and his brother Harry M. Porter (Nancy) of Pasadena, TX.
