It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delores Secrist of Lahmansville, West Virginia, born in Medley, West Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Porter of Washington and Carrie Porter (Hutton) of Virginia; her husband Dale E. Secrist Sr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Coleman, Shirley "Libby" Lahman, Lorena Porter, Clara Mae Davis, Anna Dettinburn of Virginia, Betty Lee Porter, Marshall Porter, Woodrow Porter, Letcher McNeil Porter and Harry Porter, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Deborah L. Shreve (Donald) of Augusta, WV and Dale E. Secrist, Jr. (Susan) of Lahmansville, WV; and her grandchildren, Derek Shreve, Johna Secrist, Dena Lowe, Aaron Secrist and Danette Richman. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
