With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clela Lyon (Lahmansville, West Virginia), born in Maysville, West Virginia, who passed away on March 18, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Phares and Fannie Phares (Kisamore); her great grandchild Skyler Rose; and her siblings, Macie Kile, Sylvia Keplinger, Clarice Evans, Glossie Phares, Boyd Phares, James Phares, Dawes Phares, George Phares and Carl Phares.
She is survived by: her children, Darwin Keplinger (Heather) of Lahmansville, WV, Randy A. Keplinger (Eleanor) of Lahmansville, WV, Sharon Keplinger (Paul) of Maysville, WV and Elaine Welling (George) of Moorefield, WV; and her brother Rev. Kenneth Phares (Hilda) of Cabins, WV.. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren; twelve great-great grandchildren.
