He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray and Mary Jo Mullins Hoosier; his brothers, Billy Ray Hoosier, Jr. and Terry Lee Hoosier; his brother-in-law Pete Bailey; and his grandparents, Dana, Daisy Stowers, Estil and Bessie Hoosier.
He is survived by: his children, Casey Joe Hoosier (Ashley Hopson) of Madison Creek, Teddy Joe "T. J." and Vickie Martin (Burnell) of St. Albans; his sister Vickie Lynn Bailey of Omar; his grandchildren, Alexa Leigh Hoosier of Accoville, Layla Jo Hoosier of Accoville, Hayden Ray Hoosier of Accoville, Jacob Lee Riley Hopson of Accoville, Kai Martin of St. Albans, Urijah Martin of St. Albans and Isla Martin of St. Albans; and his close friend Tom Kent of Accoville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
