It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Osborne of Kistler, West Virginia, born in Man, West Virginia, who passed away on April 5, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lee Osborne and Mary Ann Rhodes Osborne; his daughter Julianna Osborne; and his brothers, Eddie Osborne and Clinton Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Osborne (Selena), Jennifer Osborne and Jalynn Osborne; and his siblings, Debra Ann Sword (Leonard) of Man, Kenneth Lee Osborne, Jr. (Patty) and Ricky Darren Osborne of Amherstdale. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
