She is survived by: her husband Doug Lusk; her children, Matthew Douglas Lusk (Stephanie) of Stowe and Cindy Hawkins (Jason) of Robinette; her grandchildren, Lacey Lusk, Wade Lusk, Kassidy Hawkins, Elijah Hawkins and Lillian Lynn Hawkins; her brother Rick Montgomery (Donna) of Robinette; her stepmother Jaddie Montgomery of Lorado; her sister-in-law Janet Lusk (Aubrey) of Kistler; her mother-in-law Faye Lusk of Kistler; and also, James, Clara Lusk, Wannie, Medeta Lusk, Larry Woods and Connies. She is also survived by other relatives, church family and friends.
